I own feature-management practice at bank scale: how dozens of product teams ship, test and roll back functionality safely. I work as both engineer and technical lead of the direction.

—Lead the Feature Toggles direction: set the standards for working with features, advise product teams, and make the practice scale across the whole bank instead of staying one team’s tool.

—Built an A/B testing system on top of feature flags so product hypotheses are checked against data; internal metrics showed user satisfaction up about 15%.

—Integrated toggle management into the CI/CD pipeline: rollouts became automatic and the average time to ship a feature to production fell about 30%.

—Cut production incidents about 25% by making rollback instant: flip a toggle instead of redeploying or writing a late-night hotfix.

—Designed an admin interface for feature management with role-based access, change audit and monitoring, usable by both engineers and managers.

—Rolled out Backstage as the internal developer portal: one place for the service catalogue, documentation and infrastructure tools.

—Run technical TypeScript/JavaScript assessments, feature-toggle trainings and code review, which shortens onboarding and keeps code quality consistent.

Developed and extended Unleash, a feature-flag management platform, as engineer and technical lead. This is where feature toggles went from a single technique to my engineering specialisation.

—Extended the core of the Unleash feature-flag platform: gradual-rollout strategies, audience segmentation, stability and performance as the number of flags and clients grew.

—Designed architecture and led the team as tech lead: task decomposition, code review, shared standards and developer mentoring.

—Built A/B testing infrastructure on top of flags: deterministic user bucketing, event collection and a "variant to metric" link.

—Integrated the platform into CI/CD processes (TeamCity, Nexus): toggle management on deploy without manual switching.

—Ran TypeScript/JavaScript assessments and taught teams feature-toggle and trunk-based development practices.

Middle Full Stack Developer

Built portal systems for HSE University, one of the most technology-forward universities in the country, used daily by 40,000+ students and staff. Full-stack work spanning Node.js backend services and Vue SPAs.

—Cut data-load time in a key project from 30 seconds to 1 by optimising database queries, server logic and rendering.

—Rewrote projects from JavaScript/Perl to TypeScript and introduced typing and shared code standards.

—Improved Node.js backend services (Express, Koa): file service, mail delivery, person sync; migrated from WebSocket to SSE.

—Moved projects to Docker and docker-compose, so a single command now starts them on any machine.

—Documented APIs via Swagger and configured tooling (Webpack, ESLint, Stylelint, Prettier).

—Took part in code review and raised collective code ownership across the team.

Built an employee survey and engagement system inside the TalentTech HR platform, a product for assessing corporate culture.

—Built interactive Chart.js dashboards for HR metrics that managers used to make data-driven decisions.

—Introduced i18n with automatic translation validation, which opened the product to international markets.

—Set up error monitoring via Sentry, which cut the time to detect production bugs.

—Covered key scenarios with unit tests (Jest + Vue Test Utils), which improved release stability.
